Kryptonim is a crypto exchange with a mission to make crypto payments seamless and easy. Making it simple for people and businesses to use crypto in everyday life.

Currently, we’re looking for a Board Member to join our team at Kryptonim LTD, one of our VASPs in the UK market.
We offer a flexible part-time contract (max. 20 hours per week).
This role allows a flexible remote work model. 🌍


Your responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing with the company’s overall strategy and key business objectives.
  • Representing the company in interactions with local institutions and relevant authorities.
  • Participating in meetings and discussions with local organizations when required.
  • Representing the company at selected industry events and conferences.
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA and UK AML/CTF regulations, corporate policies, and governance standards.

Minimum qualifications:

  • A solid track record of integrity, professionalism, and good judgment.
  • Experience in managerial or highly specialized roles, ideally within technical or financial areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with regulators and stakeholders effectively, providing clear and professional communication on compliance and business matters.
  • Background in the financial or cryptocurrency industry.
  • A good understanding of corporate governance and responsible business practices.
  • The ability to contribute independent and well-balanced perspectives at the board level.
  • Awareness of regulatory expectations and commitment to ethical decision-making.
  • Financial reliability and a reputation for trustworthiness.
  • The capacity to act in the best interests of the company and its stakeholders.
  • UK residency. 
  • Education to University degree level or equivalent (preferably in Finance).
