You will join an experienced DevOps Team working as a shared service for an ecosystem of modern financial services startups.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring the continuous operation of mission-critical systems in the financial sector, with a strong focus on reliability and high availability.
- Scaling and evolving the existing infrastructure to seamlessly handle growing traffic and new business requirements.
- Enhancing monitoring systems and implementing proactive mechanisms for rapid detection and incident resolution.
- Co-creating and refining the on-call management process, while actively participating in on-call rotations after 6 months of cooperation.
- Participating in on-call duties, which are additionally compensated.
- Collaborating with development teams to architect and implement solutions that optimize our overall ecosystem.
Minimum qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or closely related role.
- Proven track record of maintaining and scaling critical, high-availability systems.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on production experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience working with public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and troubleshooting complex cloud-computing issues.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD solutions with the ability to design, build, and optimize pipelines.
- Strong familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Solid understanding of monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience with data processing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehouse architecture.
- Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2), enabling smooth and effective daily communication.
- A strong sense of ownership over infrastructure decisions and their production impact.
Nice to Have : - Hands-on knowledge of the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir).
- Practical, day-to-day experience with Terraform.
- Experience in configuring, deploying, and managing ArgoCD.
- Expertise in GitLab CI/CD and advanced pipeline optimization.
- Experience with data engineering tools and distributed data platforms such as Apache Spark, Airflow, or similar technologies.
- Deep experience with AWS and its core services (EKS, RDS, networking, etc.).
- A genuine passion for exploring new technologies and a continuous drive to implement industry best practices in real-world scenarios.
