Currently, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will be a dedicated partner for 1–3 product and technology teams. In this role, we move away from pure administration to focus on being the primary human contact for both leaders and employees whenever they face challenges or seek opportunities for growth.
Your responsibilities:
- You will build lasting relationships with Team Leaders, acting as their first point of contact for all personnel matters ranging from handling difficult conversations to planning promotions.
- You will conduct stay-in and exit interviews to listen, analyze, and transform your findings into strategic recommendations.
- You will participate in headcount planning, salary reviews, and talent management processes to support our organizational growth.
- You will support the onboarding process to ensure every new joiner’s first months at Daftcode are a truly rewarding experience.
- You will identify patterns and risks related to turnover or team dynamics and react proactively to support the organization.
- You will assist leaders in tough situations, including conflict resolution, feedback delivery, and managing terminations.
- You will initiate and co-create events and initiatives that actively build and strengthen our internal culture.
Minimum qualifications:
- You have at least 3–4 years of experience in HR, including at least one year in a business-facing role such as an HRBP or HR Generalist within an IT company.
- You possess a deep understanding of the technology sector and the specific dynamics of a tech-driven organization.
- You demonstrate the ability to conduct difficult conversations with empathy and high professional standards.
- You are comfortable with HR data and analytics and can use them to back up your recommendations.
- You communicate fluently in English at a C1 level, which is essential for our international environment.
