Now, we’re looking for a passionate HR Generalist who loves IT recruitment but is ready to take the next step beyond sourcing.

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our ecosystem, leading tech and business recruitment while driving HR initiatives that shape our work environment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own End-to-End Recruitment cycle (tech & business) from the initial briefing with Hiring Managers to the final handshake.
  • Ensure every candidate has an unforgettable journey, guiding them smoothly from first contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leaders on briefings, calibration, feedback, and providing strategic guidance throughout the processes.
  • Take the lead on HR projects involving onboarding, Employer Branding, internal events, and overall process optimization.
  • Conduct recruitment training for Team Leaders to elevate our hiring standards across the group.
  • Represent Daftcode at industry events and meetups to attract top-tier talent.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience specifically in IT recruitment.
  • A high degree of accountability, a results-driven mindset, and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills in writing, speaking, and active listening.
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1) is essential for our international environment.
  • A strong desire to broaden your expertise and develop your career in the wider HR field.
