International Finance Specialist

We’re looking for an International Finance Specialist who will take real ownership of finance across our portfolio companies — not just keeping the books in order, but managing the full document flow, watching the numbers and becoming the go-to person for all things accounting and controlling in the group.

We offer a long term position, with a salary range between 9 000 – 13 000 gross PLN, depending on your experience. This role allows a flexible remote work model. 🌍

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing accounting matters for the companies in our portfolio — you’ll own the process end to end, always knowing the status and what needs to happen next
• Managing the complete document flow across the group — verifying, booking, circulating and archiving incoming and outgoing invoices, and keeping financial documentation structured, complete and audit-ready at all times
• Supporting controlling across the portfolio: monitoring costs and budgets, tracking deviations, and flagging risks and anomalies before they become problems
• Preparing reports and analyses for management — recurring financial reporting, budget vs. actuals, and ad hoc analyses when decisions need numbers behind them
• Owning intercompany settlements and invoicing between group entities
• Working closely with external accounting partners, tax advisors and auditors, and supporting the team during audits and tax filings
• Spotting things that could work better — we genuinely welcome process improvements, automation ideas and cleaner workflows

Minimum qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally with exposure to controlling or financial reporting
• Hands-on experience in crypto or fintech — you understand the specifics of the industry and it doesn’t scare you
• Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, complex formulas and working with large data sets are your daily bread
• An ownership mindset — you manage processes, not just tick off tasks, and you keep documentation and workflows under control end to end
• Accuracy and a sharp eye for detail — you catch inconsistencies before anyone else does, and “close enough” is not in your vocabulary
• Full professional fluency in Polish and English — both are part of your daily work here
