Manual Tester

We’re looking for a Manual Tester to join our tech team at Kryptonim. We value someone who is independent, proactive, and enjoys testing new solutions. If you like to create things from scratch and want to shape the product actively, this offer is for you! 🙌

We are working from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. We count on a high level of autonomy and we don’t micromanage, but we believe that sometimes it’s necessary to meet in person to have a brainstorming session. You have the flexibility to work remotely twice a week.🌍

Your role will include::

• Conducting manual testing of the application
• Designing and planning test scenarios and test cases
• Performing functional, integration, stress, and regression testing
• Verifying the compliance of the delivered solution with the project requirements
• Creating test documentation – describing bugs/issues
• Proposing and implementing solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of products
• Close collaboration with the development and business team

Minimum qualifications:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with manual testing 
• Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies
• Experience in REST API testing and tools helpful in that process (e.g., Postman, Swagger, cURL)
• Strong understanding of HTTP methods
• Knowledge of browser developer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools)
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation
• Ability to read and analyze logs data
• Practical experience with project management software & bug trackers like Gitlab/Clickup etc.
• Ability to proactively shape QA culture in organization
• Patience, analytic thinking and attention to detail
• Communicative level of English(min. B2)

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with crypto-related topics
• Experience in the banking industry or Fintech products
• Basic understanding of databases and ability to run simple SQL queries
• Familiarity with basic command-line operations.
• Basic knowledge of any scripting language
• Experience with tools like Grafana, Sentry, Kibana, or New Relic for tracking API performance and errors
