Travelyn is an algorithmic search engine for combined flights based on future-proof technology. Their unique mechanism covers connections between non-cooperating airlines such as Ryanair and Wizzair. The technology saves significant amounts of travellers’ money by finding unique interlining flights: with Travelyn, they can book their flights even 80% cheaper. The company also supports its customers after the purchase – it grants them free alternative flights in case of delays or cancellations.

We are a young company who are enjoying great progress in the markets we currently trade in: Germany, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway; and we plan to expand into France, Spain, Italy, and beyond!
Your main responsibility in this role will be to provide the best experience to our customers by assisting them with their queries and requests by telephone, email, and chat.
Our customer service team works around the clock, but we expect you to work 8 hours a day 5 days a week (2-3 days per week for part-time). Shift work in this pattern: 8-16 / 12-20 / 14-22 / 18-02. Night and weekend shifts are required on a rotation.
