Customer Care Representative with English and French or Swedish or German

35-40 PLN gross per hour

Travelyn is an algorithmic search engine for combined flights based on future-proof technology. Their unique mechanism covers connections between non-cooperating airlines such as Ryanair and Wizzair. The technology saves significant amounts of travellers’ money by finding unique interlining flights: with Travelyn, they can book their flights even 80% cheaper. The company also supports its customers after the purchase – it grants them free alternative flights in case of delays or cancellations.

Your responsibilities:

 Our mission is to provide customers with the largest diversity of affordable and convenient travel opportunities. We are a young company who are enjoying great progress in the markets we currently trade in: Germany, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway; and we plan to expand into France, Spain, Italy, and beyond!

Your main responsibility in this role will be to provide the best experience to our customers by assisting them with their queries and requests by telephone, email, and chat.

Our customer service team works around the clock, but we expect you to work 8 hours a day 5 days a week (2-3 days per week for part-time). Shift work in this pattern: 8-16 / 12-20 / 14-22 / 18-02. Night and weekend shifts are required on a rotation.

  • Communicating with customers via email, phone and chat
  • Handling client and system tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing air travel advice
  • Purchasing airline tickets
  • Resolving passenger concerns regarding cancelled and delayed flights
  • Responding to passenger feedback
  • Resolving cases when flights are delayed or cancelled

Minimum qualifications:

  • Languages: English and either: French/Swedish/German (C1 level)
  • Enthusiastic, communicative approach and willingness to support our customers
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • Generating innovative ideas and solutions to improve customers’ satisfaction
  • Great approach to teamwork and focus on internal and external customers

Preferred qualifications:

  • German, Swedish, French, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish language (B2 / C1 level)
  • Experience working with customers
  • Interest in traveling
  • Experience in a remote working environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a drive to find great solutions
