We are looking for a Staff & Payroll Specialist to join the Finance Team, which supports people associated with Daftcode Group. If you are someone who has experience in a similar position and would like to develop your competencies in the staff and payroll area, please send us your application!
We are working from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. You have the flexibility to work remotely twice a week. 🌍
Your responsibilities:
- You will prepare documentation for contracts of all kinds, make sure that documents are completed correctly and on time, keep records of employee absences and working hours, and manage the PPK system.
- Payroll – you will prepare and verify data for payroll and cooperate with accounting offices.
- Benefits – you will handle the benefits system and account for the development budgets of our teams.
- Foreigners – you will support foreigners in the employment process and verification of their eligibility to work with us.
- Employees – we put our employees first, so your tasks will include coordinating the onboarding and offboarding process, and providing employees with understandable and factually correct information regarding their contracts and terms of employment.
- Team – Teamwork is of great value to us, and your role will support the Finance and People teams in the implementation of activities resulting from the strategy.
Minimum qualifications:
- At least 2 year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Office and Google Workspace tools
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Practical understanding of Polish labor law
- English language on a communicative level (minimum B2)
- Proactivity and task-oriented approach
- Openness to rapid learning and development within the organization
Preferred qualifications:
- An education degree in a related field
- A certificate that proves knowledge in the payroll field
- Analytical skills
