Venture Associate

Right now we are building financial infrastructure for institutions: regulated entities, real banking rails, stablecoins, payments. We are looking for one person to work alongside the people driving these ventures.
We offer a long term cooperation, with a salary range between 12 000 – 16 000 net+vat on B2B PLN, depending on your experience. This role allows a flexible hybrid model. 

What the role of Venture Associate looks like:

The week is never the same. A financial model on Monday. A document for a regulator on Wednesday. A product launch by Friday. High ownership, steep learning curve, zero routine.

Your responsibilities:

• Own operational workstreams end-to-end across group entities — you get the objective, you deliver the outcome.
• Build the numbers behind decisions — financial models, unit economics, and business cases for new products and ventures.
• Produce output that goes straight to the top table: decks, documents, and analyses for banks, partners, and regulators.
• Drive across multiple business areas at once — run parallel initiatives spanning legal, compliance, engineering, and external providers, and keep each of them moving toward deadlines.
• Map the terrain — markets, competitors, and the EU regulatory landscape (MiCA, e-money, payments) — and turn it into decisions and business output.

Minimum qualifications:

• AI-fluent — you use LLM tools daily as a working method, not a novelty; you can 10x your own output with them.
• Background in consulting, startups, or private equity — you’ve worked in fast-paced environments where output matters more than process.
• Hands-on startup experience — you know what it’s like to build without a playbook.
• Structured executor — you take an ambiguous task and come back with a finished deliverablae, not questions.
• Strong written English; ability to produce documents at “bank compliance” quality.
• Genuine interest in fintech and crypto as institutional finance — payments, e-money, stablecoins, banking rails. Prior crypto experience a plus, not required.
  
  
  Nice to Have :
• Financial background — comfortable building financial models, unit economics, and project calculations from scratch.
• University degree, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.
