Daftcode is a technology group driven by an analytical approach to business. As a venture builder, it creates, scales and invests in startups in such areas as: Deep Tech, FinTech, InsurTech, Cyber Security and Blockchain, among others. The company offers its startups tech and business support, which facilitates market launch and growth of new companies. Daftcode works with individual startup founders, early-stage projects and existing startups looking for financing rounds or support in commercialization and business scaling.

Job Details

Your responsibilities:

As an HR Generalist, you’ll:

  • Take ownership of recruitment processes in the IT space, including proactively sourcing top talent from the market.
  • Ensure an unforgettable candidate experience, guiding them smoothly from the first interaction to onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with team leaders to define recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Actively listen to team members and address their needs in a proactive, thoughtful way.
  • Support team leaders in finding tailored solutions to their challenges.
  • Drive key HR processes across the organization—onboarding, offboarding, learning, and development.
  • Contribute to crafting a long-term recruitment strategy for our ventures.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience in independently managing IT recruitment projects.
  • Proven experience supporting team leaders within an organization.
  • A strong ability to build genuine, collaborative partnerships with team leaders.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry.
  • A background in building and coordinating HR processes within a company.
  • A high degree of independence and accountability for your tasks.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Analytical skills to tackle challenges and solve problems effectively.
  • A team player attitude—we’re all about working toward the same goals.
  • English at a minimum B2/C1 level—part of our team is English-speaking.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify and reach out to potential candidates.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with administrative HR tasks.
  • A track record of managing projects focused on self-development and professional growth.
